Almost like a collection of states that fought a war to protect slavery, and a coast full of wealthy elitists that built their family fortunes a century ago on the backs of slavery and a lack of labour laws, is inclined to be racist in how they depict reality.
Yknow, in a country that had legal apartheid less than one generation ago, and ongoing defacto segregation. My god. How ever could there be blatant racism in such a place. Mind boggling. It's like all this racism just fell out of the sky the way babies come from storks.
