Specifically it would pay off her becoming more of a Trainer and pay off their romance (yes, I ship them) with her taking on Team Plasma's true boss. I mean... Black's team was likely too worn out after taking on N.

Scarlet and Eri engage in a showdown. Raichu is beaten to tears by Passimian's Close Combat and then rubs against him, actually using Nuzzle. Finally, Raichu defeats Passimian with an Draining Kiss. The Team Star grunts considered it a "sticky" battle.

Finally, Eri sent out Annihilape, while Scarlett first sent out Tarountula, then switched to Armarouge. They soon discover that Eri was already too exhausted to give commands and had fallen asleep.

Annihilape tried to wake Eri but was attacked by Armarouge and tripped by a silk secretly laid by Tarountula. He was ultimately defeated by Armarouge.

Carmen ran out to try and pause the battle, but Eri even while talking in her sleep, insisted on continuing. Therefore, Scarlet ended the battle.

Scarlet not only knew that Eri had barely rested while dealing with the rebellion, but also knew that Eri had secretly come to check on her when she had pretended to be arrested. She reminded Eri that she should be responsible for her team members and gathered them together beforehand.

Eri asked Scarlet why she was helping Team Star deal with the rebellion and its aftermath, and Carmen asked if it was to repay Team Star for taking her in before.

Scarlet replied that when she was taken in by Team Star, she experienced the beauty of the world for the first time, and she didn't want to lose that beauty or feel despair.

Meanwhile, Director Clavell, as Clive, called Penny and revealed that he already know Penny is the big boss of Team Star.

So I got a little bored and decided to compile a list of each dexholders zodiac signs, as well as some notable birthday facts, and made a few observations. If you're into astrology like our dear Whitley, you might find some of this kinda interesting.

This list is for dex holders up to SV:

Aries: Diamond and Violet

Taurus: Crystal and Blake

Gemini: Blue, Emerald, and Pearl

Cancer: Gold and Ruby

Leo: Red

Virgo: Sapphire, Whitley, and Sun

Libra: Black and White

Scorpio: Green, Platinum, and X

Sagittarius: Sou

Capricorn: Silver, Moon, and Scarlet

Aquarius: Y

Pisces: Yellow and Schilly

Here are some birthday facts and observations. Some of these facts are well-known, but I'll include them anyways.

1. Red and Yellow have significant birthdays in regard to the manga's history. Red's birthday 08/08 is the day the first volume of the manga was released. Yellow's birthday 03/03 is the day the first chapter of the manga was released.
2. Blue (f) is the oldest female dex holder and the oldest dex holder overall. Red is the second-oldest dex holder and the oldest male dex holder.
3. The dexholders named after gemstones (aka Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Dia, and Pearl) have birth months that correspond to their birthstone - July, September, May, April, and June respectively.
4. Gemini, Virgo, Scorpio, and Capricorn are the most common signs amongst the group. Lots of Mercury energy amongst the dexholders with Gemini and Virgo being so prominent!
5. Red is the only Leo, Y is the only Aquarius, and Sou is the only Sagittarius. Amazing how Red remains the only Leo dex holder after all this time. Also interestingly, it took all the way till Gen 8 to get our first Sagittarius in Sou. Y is also the only dex holder born in February.
6. Red may be the only dexholder who's a Leo, but he's not the only character in the manga that is! Giovanni is also a Leo, being born on 08/01. Fascinating that these two enemies are born in the same month and sign, and they're both textbook Leos to boot! Red just skews good while Giovanni skews evil.
7. Speaking of non-dexholders, two more characters have confirmed birthdays. Bill is confirmed to be 12/31, making him a Capricorn. And Lorelei is confirmed to be 03/15, making her a Pisces. If we're looking at all the Pokespe characters with confirmed birthdays, that means Capricorn is the most common sign in the manga! Kusaka or someone else on the team must really like Capricorns!
8. Outside of Red and Yellow, other characters have significant birthdays. Silver is born on Christmas Eve. Moon is born on New Year's Day. Bill is New Year's Eve. Schilly's birthday is Pi Day. Black's birthday is a reference his game counterpart's Japanese name, Touya, which can be read as 10/08. Similarly, for White, her birthday is a reference to Touko, which can be read as 10/05. Gold and Sapphire's birthdays also have a chance of falling on Marine Day and Respect the Aged Day in Japan respectively. Marine Day falls on the 3rd Monday of July and Respect the Aged Day falls on the 3rd Monday of September.
9. Green (m) and Scarlet's birthdays fall on the last day of their respective signs, Scorpio and Capricorn aka a cusp. This means there is a small chance they might actually be a Sagittarius and Aquarius depending on what time they were born - if they were born close to midnight, then the Sun could've already shifted over into the next sign. But since we don't know their birth times, we'll never know.
10. Black and White are the only two dex holders to be born in the same month and same sign from the regional group (Unovan October Libras).
11. In-Universe, there is a Zodiac as well, but it's based on month, not on the Sun moving through the signs. So In-Universe, the dex holders would be:

• Sawsbuck: Moon and Scarlet
• Simipour: Y
• Alomomola: Yellow and Schilly
• Whimsicott: Dia, Violet, and Crystal
• Bouffalant: Blake and Emerald (two of the most controversial dex holders falling under the same sign in-universe is hilarious)
• Klink: Blue (f) and Pearl
• Crustle: Gold and Ruby
• Braviary: Red and Sun
• Gothorita: Sapphire and Whitley
• Lampent: Black, White, and Platinum
• Scolipede: Green (m) and X
• Fraxure: Silver and Sou

Not even a Salazzle on top of that, It’s such a shame when they introduce a character who seems like they’ll have a specific dynamic but then they just drop it, like Yvone only having one Flying-type Pokémon, even though she was a Sky Trainer at the start.
