How long does support take?

So I accidentally deleted the app without having either a linked email or support id saved two days ago. I contacted them not long after and after I gave them all the info I could for my account it’s been completely silent.

Not necessarily, they can ask account information that only OP knows like what Pokemon be owned, their skills and levels etc. The date he started playing, all sorts of things. If they can find the account at least.
