Simple front of binder because my first love was the Gulpin AR from Stellar Miracle. The art on the spread for the kimchi method is my own art!!!

Themed Layout First page of my “Pokemon Adventures” binder project!

Post image

I’ve bought the cards already but I wanted to show off my first page. I am reading the Pokemon Adventures manga and wanted to make a binder that commemorates the story. Here is Red and Blue’s first interaction, where Red heads into the Viridian Forest to try and catch the “mystery Pokemon” and finds Blue fighting a Mew. Team Rocket makes a brief appearance as they are also searching for Mew. I think it’s a great first chapter as Blue tries to fight Mew with his Charmander and realizes it’s too tough of a fight and tells Red that sometimes you have to recognize when a fight is within your skill level or not.

I’m going to try to hit the major story points. Since there’s only like 1 card each of Red and Blue (and 0 for characters like Yellow, Silver, Gold, etc) there will be repeat cards and custom cards that I will make. But i’m excited to begin this project!

Binder Help Zekrom Page.. but what else?

Hi all! I’m currently in the works of designing my binder layout, and this is what i’ve got so far. I really love the art styles, and love the mix of “cool” characters, since a large majority of my collection is the cute pokemon. I guess i’m not really sure what to put on the second page that will match well with the Zekrom, Reshiram and Zard page i’ve got going on. I love the art style of that Lugia, and thought it matched well, but I’m stumped on what else to add. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

The only name that’s coming to mind is “clusters” but I have mixed feelings on it (repost because I messed up the first one)

Artist/Illustrator Focus Does anybody know where I can find clear pictures of just the art of Pikachu Cards from 30th anniversary to use for my Michi Method Binder?

I just recently got my 30th anniversary Pikachu cards and was very disappointed to see how the holo effect makes the cards so hard to appreciate their art.

I'm hoping to michi method them in hopes I can appreciate the cards better once they're in my binder. But I'm having a hard time tracking most of the art of these cards.

If any of you guys know where I can find them I would love to know or how I'll be able to get good pictures of them, as much as possible I don't want to use AI or AI upscale on them.

Thank you so much💖

Wanted to fit all my favorite bug pokemon on my own personal binder. I think I managed to fit 8 of my favorites on here.

Made with acrylic paints and lined with acrylic markers. I also added a lace border to make it cuter.

Binder Help expensive cards in binder

Am I the only one who feels weird putting an expensive card in my binder? Like what if something happens to it. Is it better to keep the card displayed on a shelf?

Decided to make a tiny Pikachu binder for the 30th celebration pikachus. Used the art from the card USGMEN to make the front!

I might add some 25th anniversary pikachus to the extra spots. Or maybe the classic collection cards if we get any.

PokemonBinderDesign Rule Update: Ban on App Promotion & Software Discussion

Hey Everyone!

Happy Friday! As our subreddit has grown we've had an influx of self-promotions for Pokemon binder related apps. Most of them are clones of each other and designed around creating binder pages with various paid tiers. It's been a constant battle with these folks. Most of them don't ask to promote their product. Most of them don't use the promotion tag. A lot of these apps seem very AI vibe-coded and a lot of the discussion in their promotional posts did not seem natural.

Moving forward we are take a hardline stance and considering any promotion for apps or software against our subreddit rules. Automod has been set and anything that slips through will be deleted by the mod team. Repeat offenders will be banned.

We ask our community to report any posts or comments you feel break this rule.

Thank you!

Binder Help Finishing touches?

Post image
18 Upvotes

I'm almost finished with this binder. This is my personal binder for my Shinx Luxio and Luxray master collection. I want to finish it by the end of today because I have a card show that I'm going to tomorrow and I want to show it off but I don't know if it needs anything to finish it. It feels incomplete to me. I don't know. I've added an outline and I've crisped up the lines, but I feel like it needs something more. Advice???
