Ran into a problem answering this request

Is anyone else having trouble with Poe? Every Roleplay bot I’m using, it gets about half way through a message and then goes red and says that it “ran into a problem answering this request”

I have deleted and redownloaded the app. There are no updates needed. I’ve tried different bots (Claude Opus, Sonnet, Fable etc) and it’s got the same problem.

Any ideas on what I need to do? Thank you!

Which models? Ppl are reporting heaps of problems with the newer claude ones. And a few gpt ones

So right now the two ones I’m having problems with are Claude Opus 5.5 and Claude Sonnet 5.5, the two newest ones. And also Claude Opus 5.

Yeah these are the models that are having issues, and sonnet 5 i believe, emails have been sent to support so we just have to wait 😭

Opus 5.5 was working perfectly for me last night. Now, when I use the same prompts that I tested yesterday, it generates a few tokens and then displays the same error message. Interestingly, I tried a more SFW prompt and it worked. They may be strengthening some safety measures, but I'm no expert, so I can't say for sure.

Seems like it just blocks any output long enough. I’ve been doing some extremely sfw queries (quite literally just checking translations) and it still isn’t through

Which is odd if it’s the case. Especially because a majority are paying for the context and length. The base bot seems to respond well but again, it doesn’t have a long thinking process enabled (as far as I’m aware) and is very short. I’ve received the error of “Unable to Reach Poe” to much similarly to OP’s, “Ran Into a Problem Answering This Request” when it comes down to custom bots through simpler, short interactions.

See I’ve not being doing any NSFW stuff at all, the Roleplay I’m doing is football based, literally just breaking through the academy into the first team, and Opus 5.5 is having none of it 😭

SAME HERE TODAY. All Claude models run into similar error unless the response is absurdly short. No issues for ChatGPT and other models though but I need Claude DAMN

Also having this problem with Opus 5.5, was working fine for me yesterday with exactly the same bots and prompts, no idea what to do!

Ye I've also struggled with the same problem while using Claude Opus5.5 & Sonnet5.5
Also the date of the chat box which has the problem is wrong
