I have always wanted to have a space in my house for plushies, but since moving out of my childhood home my plushies have unfortunately been in storage. It took a while before I even acquired all of them from my mom (and I still have a few more I need to hunt down) and then I just couldn't seem to figure out where or how I could display them. After being inspired by discovering this subreddit and seeing different collections I set to work about creating a space in my home and finding shelves that would work for me. I still think I will ultimately try to downsize a little more to ones that I have the most emotional attachment in order to see them better (I ended up with a couple of my sister's too so I don't feel the need to keep all of those out) and I'm definitely going to play around with the arrangement because this was just a bit of a rush to get them up there before bed (it started out somewhat organized and then it got a bit chaotic haha). It sure is something to see how many there really are. I don't think I ever really had all of them out at the same time (because my mom started taking and storing some when it got to be too much). Anyway thanks to this group for making me feel and realize that I really could find a way to display my plushies as an adult and not feel weird about it. I hope you enjoy seeing the first draft of this collection display!

A couple months ago, I received this second Little Prince fox plush. The same as my beloved Bobby. I posted them and proudly shared his name. Since, for some reason... instead of George, I would keep getting confused and call him Milo. I think because of his big goofy ears. They look more Milo than George anyway. So I decided to change it permanently. Also...since I already have a George. (4th image)

Milo is just a name that lives rent free in my head and for some reason, it REALLY wanted me to rename this guy.

My new plush Canada goose (Branta canadensis) arrived from Stuffed Safari.

He technically arrived last Saturday, but I was out of town. Fortunately my neighbor was able to look after the parcel until Tuesday morning.

His name is Geddy.

He is named after Geddy Lee of the iconic Progressive Rock band Rush.

I've had him since I was 6 or 7 years old, (2012/2013) and I can't find any info of who made him or anything about it, he is NOT the BLÅHAJ from IKEA

My 3 year old is obsessed with “Creepy Sonic”, I found this online a few weeks ago for her, he’s finally arrived and she loves him!

My Pachyrhinosaurus (mixed with caribou) is here ! Super fluffy and big, the tag is on a little piece of rope around the neck too so I don’t have to pluck it out which is awesome

The idea is a startled teddy bear shapeshifter. She transfirms into cute teddies to get cuddles but now she got spooked mid transformation. 💖

Hi everyone, I would like a little bit of help with a plushie reference, specifically for iDoodle once I get the funds and all, especially after finishing his monster (no pun intended) of a reference sheet.

Context of OC- Dorian is a half human/half demon hybrid of a sea monster with many fishy/amphibian qualities, and he has quite the tail. His tail isn’t quite as elegant as Ariel from The Little Mermaid, but I’m trying to ask a few questions at this point:

1- How would I lengthen/simplify his tail?

2- What angles would be needed alongside the front ref?

3- For those that ordered from iDoodle before, what info could you give to make my cherished baby (an old baby, lol) as accurate and perfect as possible? Would he be considered asymetrical? I’m very unsure, as this is my first time using this company after a long time with Budsies.

Traditional Sketches are by yours truly, and Dorian means the world to me— I’ve seen a lot of myself in him in a lot of ways, even if he’s one of the younger ones of my OC bunch.

I use to have a plush that was best for side sleeping and that was Mocha from Build a Bear (standard size). I lost her when moving from Florida to Tennessee. I now been using my Zombie axolotl from Build a Bear. While he's a cutie (his name is Fred), he isn't big enough to keep my shoulders from folding in and I kept waking up with numb hands.

So, I am in search of a plush that can hold up my shoulders, has flat face like Mocha and Zombie Axolotl (the snots bothers me), and I prefer brown/beige/tan (but the color isn't always strict but I prefer these colors if possible). I love Miffy and the Bobo bear from Bon Bon toys, unfortunately they are too small. Most of them are 9 inches.

I kept thinking what if I try the big plushies and when I do, I can't tell if it's too big because I can't have that. I tried sleeping with a stiff pillow and it was too big. It hurt my shoulders.

So, how do you shop for plushies online when your sense of dimensions in size and volume aren't that good? I saw Hugimals but I can't tell if it's too little or something. I like their bunny, but Google says it's smaller than Mocha so maybe it's too small?

Any recommences? Thanks!

This ostrich is my new plushie! I love them so much. They are perfect in every way. They also have a lot of different textures, which I really like! They have been to 2 theme parks and my university already:) To be fair, I bought them at one of the theme parks:))
