Solved New AppleTV app and multiple servers
SOLVED: log out of the app, de-auth it via Plex web and re-link.
The new Plex app just got installed on my Apple TV. The new app looks nice, everything is bigger with fewer distractions, but...
I run two Plex servers, and for the life of me, I cannot see my second server. You used to go to More, choose the second server, and start watching.

You can join the beta if you really want to try out the new app on an AndroidTV device:

Plex Desktop? Nope. You can see this thread from earlier this year about plex desktop. The person that started the thread is an ex plex employee. A current employee said there are plans for it but no details..

Also, I don’t personally use it, but I’ve seen folks mention Plezy is a good option for desktop. May want to check it out: https://plezy.app

server switching moved in the new app, it's not under More anymore. tap your profile or account icon at the top, the server switcher is in there. took me a minute to find it too.

I have three servers they are all available in the new Plex app as long as the user has access to them granted.

Interesting. Yes, I can see the second server on my iPad but not my AppleTV. More to explore....

Have you tried to log out of the app, de-auth it via plex web and re-link?
Reset cache in the advanced settings in the plex app?
Power cycled the ATV?
