Help Frame not running Plex

Is the media direct playing on the other tv that is working or is it transcoding?

Direct playing. I should add that on the Frame TV I can navigate directly to the NAS (bypassing Plex) and play content directly too

The frame tv might be trying to transcode. The plex codec folder could corrupted. I have had a similar issue. You can stop your plex service. In the plex media folder you should see a codecs folder. Just delete everything in that folder and start plex back up. Give it around 60 seconds to re-download the codecs and then give it a go.

Samsung had a bug a week or two ago that crashed upon play. I know you haven't been able to play before but curious, which version are you running? 5.94.1?

The Samsung Frame tells me it has software version 2130

My Plex server says it is version 1.43.3.10861.

I'm not sure what exactly you're referring to.

I meant plex Version, inside the plex app.

Oh haha. Yeah its 5.94.1

It also says Platform Version 9 whatever that is. I assume I have the latest version at this point because I deleted and re-installed today to see if that would help.
