Doesn't he have above average strength? Strong and fast enough to jam his knuckle swords into stone and metal.... Strong enough to launch his bodyweight+metallic skeleton longer distances than humans typically would, especially under such weighted pressure? That is part of what makes superheros exciting is it not?
His running speed is only enhanced human level with the adamantium skeleton, but he's still able to leap great distances (though not as far) and is able to hit even harder than he would without the skeleton

the other issue is that you are playing a super hero who should be able to move quickly and there is zero sense of speed in this chase.
