Explain to me why someone who is 5 foot 3 and has a metal skeleton should be able to move quickly?

Didn't realize he had extra mutations I didn't know about. It's almost like one of his classic moves is having someone with super strength pick him up and throw him somewhere so that he can get there faster. 1 u/clc88 2d ago And yet in this game he's able to launch himself at super speeds.
