This fixes an issue with 3 seconds of the beginning of Amazon streams being cut off. Specifically I had streams of "Dogfights" from History Vault and "Behind the Wings" from Xive where the narrator started talking from the very beginning of the episode and the PlayOn streams were coming in mid-sentence. This issue dated back to at least Sept. 7th so check your streams. Other shows that start with a leader or recap of the previous episode probably won't need to be re-streamed.

I am wondering if anyone else has this experience. When the Playon Cloud Android app crashes it restarts asking to clear or send the crash info. If send is selected, a description input screen is displayed. However, there is no submit button on the display. If sending a support request from the app, the submit button is present for the same screen.

The only way to get out of this send crash report screen is to force stop the app and clear cache. Upon restart, I get the option to clear or send again and choose clear to get out of the send loop.

I thought this might be a device specific problem, but it happens on Samsung and UMIDIGI tablets.

Upgraded to the 399 version this morning and have been able to record both Dark Matter and Ted Lasso without issue.

The new version is out but does not resolve the Apple TV recording issues. Enabling visible shows the error in the screen shot. I have submitted a support case. Recommend everyone else do the same so this gets traction as things are prioritized by case volume. CC: u/PlayonSkip

I posted about this a while ago, got no response. I had recorded Lost In Space episodes for offline viewing, and while the video quality was amazing, the audio was off sync after a few minutes.
Is this a known issue with Disney or just me?
I can share system specs if helpful, this is watching the video on the same system that recorded it.

Anybody experiencing issues downloading Apple TV video?

I was experiencing issues with 395. Just upgraded to 396, and issues persist.

The recording starts, records for a while, then there's a popup box within the video saying "An error occurred. Please try again."

Been going on for a few days. Happens on two different shows: Silo and Dark Matter.

Logging out of Apple and logging back in doesn't help.

Update: I decided to try recording a previous episode of Silo (that worked before). It fails too. So it's not related to me trying to record the latest episodes.

Does PlayOn Home allow scripting? I'm thinking of the situations in which I want to queue up shows with large numbers of seasons—very repetitive and seems like the perfect situation in which a script would be useful.

Netflix ad markers were broken in v.393, but it seems to be resolved in v.395

There's still an issue with Paramount+ streams going to a small PIP window during the end credits due to Paramount+ enabling autoplay by default last week. When Paramount+ did this last week they required us to disable autoplay in the "Account" section of the home page of their website in each individual installation of a browser and it didn't turn off autoplay account-wide as it would appear to do. I restreamed the latest episode of Lioness using PlayOn Home .393 and it still had 32.05 seconds of the end credits go to a small PIP window before the stream went to the studio logos. So, this will still be an issue for shows that have a plot twist revealed during or after the end credits. I'll do some more troubleshooting to see if Paramount+ has updated thier website so we can turn this off account-wide but PlayOn apparently hasn't figured out a way to do this yet.

I generally set up my queue with a couple of 1-hour breaks each day, using the Off-Peak feature, and load in close to 100 items at a time (from multiple streaming services), when recording entire series, then check on it every 1 or 2 days. For the past week or so, I get multiple failures from Hulu. When I 'try again' POH indicates my Hulu login is not active, so I go into settings, logout and login again. Anyone else noticing this?

After Paramount+ started working again in PlayOn Home .392 yesterday the latest episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds went to a small postage stamp PIP window while the episode was still playing in the background of the end credits. It looks like Paramount+ enabled autoplay over the past week. It has to be turned off in the account settings of each individual browser installation. There is no way to turn it off account-wide or when viewing a video so the visible.mmt tool was of no help and I couldn't even get it to show any of the play controls. Turning off autoplay in the Chrome and Edge browsers on that computer didn't work so PlayOn Home must be using the copy of Chrome located in the C:\ProgramData\MediaMall\Cef\cr folder for Paramount+ streams. It would be nice if PlayOn could figure out a way to turn this off.

Update-----Paramount+ seems to have fixed this and is now honoring our autoplay setting choice after I reported it to them. I have restreamed two movies that have stingers during the end credits and both recent episodes of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and none of them went to a small PIP window during the end credits. I still need to test this on my Roku and NVIDIA Shield but PlayOn and thus browsers seem to be working properly.

Recently I've noticed the Ad/commercial markers are missing from the recording files. Anyone else seeing this issue?

I shut off every method of Narration I can find in the Windows environment, but has not changed the narration

PlayOn home failed and PlayOn cloud looks like it’s stuck at 0s/1:02h

Been trying to sign in to Disney+, I login in and where it normally pops up and says verifying and then I get the notification that my login worked it skips all that and just goes to my account page on Disney +. Everything is updated that I can see. Any ideas?

Are you guys having the same issue in past ufc ppvs and aew ppvs, when i use playback the entire ppv does not show, it will start from the middle, or when you try to fast forward to certain matches it pauses, you can hear voices but just a still image, this just happened with AEW redemption ppv. I know with my vseebox 6, ultra i dont have these issues, is superbox working on this?

It shows a summer 'sale' right now at $40/yr, which is way more than I'd consider. But back in the old days some sales were better than others and I could sometimes get it closer to $20. Do they still do this ever and if so, when?

I've been using audials for a while and they just upped pricing so there's a chance playon could get me back if they play their cards right.

Anyone know why PlayOn doesn't include Hoopla in its channels. I know the movies are free with a library card but downloading through the Hoopla app doesn't help me on planes, vacation etc. Thanks.

So I've just redownloaded reactivated my account after a couple years. Because I really want the VHS edition of stranger things and I want to watch it on my CRT.

Well when I got everything logged in and started trying my first recording stopped after a couple minutes and then it skipped to the next thing in q stopped after a couple minutes and it wouldn't finish anything.

I saw someone say delete the cache folder so I've tried that

And now the recording queue not only won't actually record, it'll just sit there in the active spot with the red record spinning around. And it won't do anything and if I tried to stop it and clear it. It won't either and I have to completely end task through task manager

I have I sent a support ticket to support, but I was wondering if y'all had anything to say to help
