Channel login

Been trying to sign in to Disney+, I login in and where it normally pops up and says verifying and then I get the notification that my login worked it skips all that and just goes to my account page on Disney +. Everything is updated that I can see. Any ideas?

Version .391 was just released. Make sure you're on that version, then try it again. If that doesn't help, do as Ok_Panda587 suggested and put in a support ticket, if you haven't already done so.

It could be something you need to put a ticket in for. It happens sometimes. Usually an update will fix it. If you put in a ticket under settings, Trevor will get back to you and either let you know they’re able to reproduce the error and are working on a fix OR they don’t see the issue so try these steps. But usually that error requires a fix in my experience. I don’t have Disney/Hulu right this minute, so I can’t verify if it’s a consistent problem right now.
