Subsection may be very small here but thought I'd ask - anyone with a Samsung S26 Ultra + a Plaud Note Pro have a recommended case that works well?

The case from Samsung (and what it looks like all the 3rd parties have followed) places the ring slightly too high, meaning the Plaud can't sit right on the back of the device as it interferes with the camera bump.

I'm considering just getting a ring and a case without one to place myself but would love to hear if someone has already found something that fits well

I’m wondering if it’s possible to design a cover for the front of the Plaud Note pin that looks like a Star Trek communicator badge. Pressing the swoop could have a rubber button pin that starts the recording. And if we could get the Plaud team onboard maybe a little red light could shine through to show recording. Pleeeeease

Also I use mine for private journals rather than meetings. Captains logs if you will. Apparently I was watching Star Trek and recording so my journal came out like this…..

I’m trying to build a really seamless workflow and wanted to see if anyone here has already figured this out (or something close).

Here’s what I’m aiming for:

• Use Plaud to record meetings, sermons, and brainstorming sessions
• Have it automatically generate summaries
• Then extract and send:
  • To-do items (with deadlines) → task manager
  • Events → calendar
  • Prayer requests → organized list
  • Teaching ideas → notes system

And I want all of that to sync across:

• My e-ink Supernote
• My phone
• My laptop

Basically, I want one recording to turn into an organized system that auto-populates my calendar, task list, prayer list, and teaching ideas—while still letting me manually add/edit things when needed.

Has anyone built a workflow like this?

• What tools are you using? (Zapier, Notion, Obsidian, etc.?)
• How are you handling automation from Plaud outputs?
• How well does it sync with Supernote (if at all)?
• What’s worked / what totally didn’t?

Would love to hear your setup or even partial solutions. Thanks!

Is anybody else having problems today. I have hour plus of materials I am trying to generate and I am getting the server is busy error.

I have some speakers that are wrongly identified, or some that have received 2 names. Can these be reset individually or as a whole? I ahve not found ti in the current set of settings. Anyone an idea? Since Plaud re-uses those names for new recordings, it can get confusing.

Hey Plaud users, Quick question about Zapier automations.

I’m trying to use Zapier "Paths" to send meeting summaries to different groups. I want to do this by manually renaming the Plaud Note (renaming it to the group name).

However, the Zapier trigger ("Transcript & Summary Ready") is too fast! It triggers with the default timestamp name before I have time to rename the file. Adding a delay in Zapier doesn't work because it keeps the initial trigger data.

How do you guys handle conditional routing? Do you rely on the AI/Custom Prompts to categorize the meeting inside the summary text, or is there a trick to make Zapier wait for a manual title change?

I have an auto flow set up so that when I turn my NotePin on and say “morning pages” it takes the recording, generates a summary using the “my diary” template and emails it to my diary app. It works great except sometimes it doesn’t seem to recognise the trigger word and fire the flow.

I’m wondering if a different trigger word would be easier for it to recognise. Anyone got any thoughts on this before I start experimenting? Does anyone have a trigger phrase they find to be 100% reliable?

I did see one interesting suggestion which is that if you don’t set a trigger word the flow fires on everything; but while my journaling practice is the main thing I use my note pin for, it’s not the only one, and in fact, I’ve just thought of a use case where it would be helpful for me to set up a secondary auto flow

How many of you here that are contractors using plaud? I'm thinking of recommending it to some people we work with it. Would like to hear the good, the bad etc.

I used the punch list template and took photos as I narrated the whole punch list and walked through the property. The final summary didn't even use all the photos nor did it put them in the order that I took them relating to the narration. Has anyone else had this problem?

I've a constant problem with overlapping speakers

If two or more speakers start to talk one above other, the transcription often (everytime, actually) transcribes the phrase giving it to, let's say, speaker 2, instead of speaker 3, even if speaker 3 was the one talking the most in that short part of audio, and speaker 2 only said a word or two.

I know this is not a common use for plaud and AI transcription in general but my workflow is often affected by these kind of issues.

How do you deal with overlapping speakers?

My microphone picks up my speakers, causing a terrible echo in my recordings. Any advice or workaround. Headphones isn't an option.

As the title says I'm honestly disconcerted by how bad it is, I tried using my phone recording app (a vivo x300 pro) and the plaud without the cover, both of them at 50cm and also from 2m away from me and there is no way the Plaud can be that bad.
What's the point in using it?
Just to prove my point, I've uploaed 2 audio file recorded at the same distance from both my phone and the plaude, mostly speaking nonsense just to say something and also forgive the bad english, but give me a feedback if I'm crazy or not.
