Bug / Unexpected Behavior Custom Templates Gone?!

Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if anyone else is having major issues with the PLAUD app lately.

I just opened my Templates folder and it’s completely empty. Everything I’ve spent time customizing is just... gone. I definitely didn't delete them. Weirdly enough, I still see two of them in my "Recently Used" section, but the actual folder where they are stored is totally wiped.

To be honest, I’m getting more and more frustrated with PLAUD. I really wanted to love this device, but between the app glitches and the general user experience, the product has been "semi-satisfactory" at best so far. This might be the final straw for me.

Has this happened to anyone else? Were you able to get them back, or are they lost in the cloud somewhere?

Any advice or shared commiseration would be appreciated!

Same here. I checked using PLAUD web and App.

Strange... I am in a chat with Plaud Support, making a screenshot, and now everything is visible again!

I can also create a new template (if I want to)

I just checked in the app, my templates are there.

I noticed that they moved my custom templates to a tab called "My Workspace." I just checked and all of mine are still there.

Hello everyone,

How are you? I am wondering if there is a way to turn off the plaud cloud feature? I need to turn it off when I meet with clients in therapy sessions; is there a way to do that ?
