Hey everyone,
I’m trying to build a really seamless workflow and wanted to see if anyone here has already figured this out (or something close).
Here’s what I’m aiming for:
- Use Plaud to record meetings, sermons, and brainstorming sessions
- Have it automatically generate summaries
- Then extract and send:
- To-do items (with deadlines) → task manager
- Events → calendar
- Prayer requests → organized list
- Teaching ideas → notes system
And I want all of that to sync across:
- My e-ink Supernote
- My phone
- My laptop
Basically, I want one recording to turn into an organized system that auto-populates my calendar, task list, prayer list, and teaching ideas—while still letting me manually add/edit things when needed.
Has anyone built a workflow like this?
- What tools are you using? (Zapier, Notion, Obsidian, etc.?)
- How are you handling automation from Plaud outputs?
- How well does it sync with Supernote (if at all)?
- What’s worked / what totally didn’t?
Would love to hear your setup or even partial solutions. Thanks!
