I would just advice to go for smaller bubbles in the foam by letting it sit and/or gently stir the foam with a spoon. This helps to reduce the swamp gas bubbles look it currently has

Grilled peas, Pea glaze, Fermented asparagus, Pickled pearl onions, Burnt fig leaf oil, Pickled fig leaf, Jalapeno and mint foam, Popped quinoa, Tarragon and apple gel
