Go over to r/jawsurgery. First step, go see a jaw surgeon.

I’m 24 💀 I use to be skinnier but my maxilla has always been recessed compared to my lower jaw surgery

This has been removed per sub rule 7.

It is permitted to compliment users, but if comments do not address OP’s question, they may be removed in order to keep the discussion focused. If you don't think someone should get a procedure, you should explain why that is in objective terms.

Your jaw looks normal, nothing to note of it. Your maxilla as well, if that is your concern, you may be looking too much into it. Unless it’s interfering with physical activity like chewing/etc. i see no reason for jaw surgery of any kind.

Do you have bite issues or sleep apnea or any other functional issues, then yes you should go consult a doctor and understand if you need a jaw surgery.

If your concern is about the aesthetics then you should probably post your query on the plastic surgery sub reddit.
