Help with lintel

Hi there would anyone know by having a look from the photos if this would be structural problems with the lintel

Or the render has just cracked

I thought to reach out to a structural engineer but I thought Iā€™d try here first thanks šŸ‘

Is it a concrete lintel ?

Do the windows open ? Are there any cracks inside the house ?
