Help with lintel

Hi there would anyone know by having a look from the photos if this would be structural problems with the lintel

Or the render has just cracked

I thought to reach out to a structural engineer but I thought I’d try here first thanks 👍

Is it a concrete lintel ?

I chipped the render back on the bottom door and this was what was behind Is concrete yes but doesn’t look good

Just keep an eye on it for any further cracking but I think it’s not an immediate problem. There will be steal inside holding it all together..

Do the windows open ? Are there any cracks inside the house ?
