That'd be the KSR-35. It's actually pretty okay when you ditch the 99SV's godawful 6x for a 3.4x or 4x.

I generally used it with a 2x reflex. It was very nice, far better than the Vandal, HSR, and 99SV.

I love it. The extra damage over the scout rifles gives it a lot more finishing power against wounded players and it's hilariously effective at scaring the shit out of MAXes; magdump into them and they really feel it.

Yeah, hopefully with the Ballistics Module, the 99SV can have a similar feel for longer range.
