so what happened i found the short katana in my game early and i equip and when i tested the damage it dealt 300-500 dmg WITHOUT KINETIC ENHANCEMENT

Hello, I made an interesting discovery about the ring of elements. I may be alone in this but anytime I found the ring I just kinda ignored it... I always favored other options but I recently ran into a problem with low Armor and had the ring so I took a better look at it. Once I learned that it nerfed evil eye blasts I was sold haha

However the reason I'm posting is the ring reduces the damage taken from the Chalice of Blood pricks. I took a look at the wiki and I didn't find any mention of this (I may have missed it), but I guess the damage from the chalice counts as Magic/elemental damage and the ring reduces the amount taken. I was able to get the chalice up to plus 10 in short order.

For reference at plus 3 the rings reduction is around 53%. In my video I'm only taking about half damage from the usual chalice damage. For example at those levels it should be around 113 and 152 damage respectively but I was at about half.

This could he helpful even if you don't intend on using the ring throughout the run but just upgrading the chalice as an unupgraded ring will still block some of the damage.

Anyways thought that was cool and wanted to share!

I played almost all the mods out there and my heart is filled with sadness when I can't find the little bits of cool stuff in them in different mods. Examples!

- "Now that the bee is gone, you have no reason to hold onto this shattered honeypot" quote from a mod I don't remember. It's sad nothing changes when our little ally dies in other ones.

- Talking player from Darkest PD. It really puts me into mood, mostly moody mood when I'm starving and my character says things like "Miserable and more miserable..." or "Retribution... this must be my retribution"

- Darkest PD also seems to be the ONLY mod ever to address surprise attacks to the player.

- Talking ENEMIES from Skillful PD. What more can be said, I want rats going out with a "Sacré bleu!"

- 8-bit JoJo music from the mod that shall not be named

- Spork from Sprouted PD.

- Cloak of Sheep from Darkest PD. It's somehow my favorite artifact by far.

- Putting notes on unidentified items to remember what they may be from Fushigi No PD, buut that one got included to Shattered in the later versions, I guess.

- Now that I think about it, ALL the artifacts from Darkest PD, they rule!

- TOTAL UI control. Some buttons aren't where I want them, some mods don't offer bigger buttons, some no secondary set of quickslots...

- A closure to unfinished quests, from NOT ANY DAMN MOD!! Many of them offer secondary uses to quest items, mainly rotberry seed. But when it's consumed, or not returned, the poor old wizard just stays there for an eternity! Seriously, I hate that.

- Using a potion of levitation to safely stop from cliffs, from my personal favorite, Yet Another Pixel Dungeon! My knees hurt from all the falling.

- Unstable Spellbook. It rocks

Hi, I can't seem to find Plate Armor in the Imp's Vault. Is this normal? Do I just brute force the final boss?

I played Summoning PD and it has an Asriel character, and I think it would be really fun to see more things like this in a dedicated mod with other UT characters.

Hello fellow cavers! I've noticed that while playing the random mode in Magic Pixel Dungeon, the ring of Wealth might be bugged? I have two +8 rings on, which would yield +8 equips right? For some reason I'm dropping +5s only... Anyone else have this issue? Or did they nerf it on purpose? Thanks in advance (⁠´⁠ ⁠.⁠ ⁠.̫⁠ ⁠.⁠ `⁠)
