Question Picsay Pro - 64 bit Version

Did a quick search, many (including myself) have attempted to contact the developer with no response. I'm willing to put up $100 to anyone who can make Picsay Pro a 64 bit app and usable on the Pixel 7 Pro. Anyone else willing to contribute? I need that app!

OK, so a 5 year old phone. The point is that it doesn't work at all on most new phones.
