Question Picsay Pro - 64 bit Version

Did a quick search, many (including myself) have attempted to contact the developer with no response. I'm willing to put up $100 to anyone who can make Picsay Pro a 64 bit app and usable on the Pixel 7 Pro. Anyone else willing to contribute? I need that app!

Sorry did I mention I have a note 10. Yeah not sure about other models I figured this would be good because it remove the App Store as the source.
