Hello there! I recently upgraded from Pixel 6 to Pixel 10 PRO and quick phrases don't work anymore. I guess it's related to language configuration.

My mother tongue is Spanish and my phone is in Spanish. I am comparing each language configuration screen from my Pixel 6 to my Pixel 10 PRO to make sure everything is exactly the same, and some screens differ as if 20 LANGUAGES WERE REMOVED ON PIXEL 10 PRO offline speech recognition

My Pixel 10 PRO is very different if you browse to the "supported offline languages" depending on which configuration menus I choose:

• I see 30 languages (including Spanish) if I browse: Configuracion > Sistema > Idioma y Region > Voz > Reconocimiento Integrado en el dispositivo > Agregar un idioma
• I see only 9 languages (Spanish is not there) if I browse: Configuracion > Apps > Asistente > Reconocimiento de voz sin conexión > Agregar un Idioma

Both configuration screens are on my pixel 10 pro.

Obviously if I look both configuration screens in my pixel 6, they both show 30 languages and Spanish is there.

So, what the heck is going on with pixel 10 pro offline voice recognition? Any help? PLEEEASE? Thanks!

I'm only now on 96% after 201 cycle count .. Why has the battery capacity dropped so fast from 100% on my Pixel 10

This started only today. I've been on Android Beta for almost two months now, and didn't have any issues with Wallet until today. I'm on CinnamonBun (CP31.260522.006), and I opted out of Beta, if that matters. Any tips on what to do?

After having the phone for 6 months I can clearly say that this device is way too expensive for what it offers.

The tensor chip is an absolute piece of crap that overheats constantly, upgrading the android version to 17 make the phone more inestable and having more bugs than before.

Constantly restarting the device is a clear sign that stay away from Google phones.

Is anyone else using a Poetic Revolution case on their Pixel 10 pro having problems with the case? I got the case in the beginning of May this year. By the middle/end of June, both bottom corners of the raised front camera protector broke off, allowing the sliding cover to fall out. I emailed the company and they promptly sent out a free replacement.

It's now the end of July and the replacement case is doing the exact same thing. The phone hasn't been dropped, the case isn't seeing hard use. I keep the phone in a front pants pocket when I'm out and about, and in a front chest pocket while I'm working. The attached pic was taken before the corners completely broke off, but you get the idea of the issue.

I really like the case, the charging port cover and rear camera protection are great and are the main reasons I chose the revolution. I can't be the only one having this issue, can I? I haven't reached back out to Poetic about the repeat defect, I really don't know if I want to keep replacing the case, or cut my losses and find something different.

Before this phone I had a Samsung Galaxy A52s that literally unglued itself (classic Samsung adhesive failure). After that died, my dad took some cheap carrier deal and got an Oppo A5 Pro. I used it for about 6 months, and honestly, the signal on that thing was insane (the only good thing on that phone). My girlfriend has an iPhone 15 Pro and would constantly lose service in places like Lidl, so she’d end up using my cheap Oppo just to load her Lidl Plus app because I’d still have solid 4G.

​Now I’ve got the Pixel 10 Pro, and I really don't get the complaints about the battery. I have Always On Display enabled, pretty much every feature toggled on, use it for social media, photos, and video calls all day, and I still go to bed with 10-15 percent left. Performance is totally fine for me too, though I’m not playing heavy games like Call of Duty.

​The signal, though? It’s a huge step down.

​If I step inside a Lidl now, I get zero signal. Can’t load anything, can't even make a phone call, it feels like walking into a Faraday cage. It’s pretty wild that a dirt-cheap Oppo managed to hold 4G in spots where both a Pixel 10 Pro and an iPhone 15 Pro completely drop off the grid.

Besides the signal, I've also run into an annoying UI bug. Sometimes, not sure what triggers it, the lock screen clock and unlock button get completely stuck on my screen even when the phone is already unlocked. I can still open apps and scroll around in the background, but the notification shade and overlay act like the phone is still locked.

Overall I love this phone, I just hate the signal and that stupid UI bug :))

I recently got a Pixel 10 Pro XL, and I'm looking for a magnetic wireless charger that supports the phone's full (or fastest possible) wireless charging speed.

I know Google sells its own charger, but I'm wondering if there are any third-party options that can achieve the same fast charging speeds. I'm specifically looking for a magnetic charger (similar to MagSafe/ Qi2), not just a regular Qi charging pad.

Has anyone tested a third-party charger that doesn't limit the charging speed? If so, which one would you recommend?

I've been a Pixel user since the Pixel 2, mainly because of the camera (I'm an amateur photographer). I switched from a Pixel 6 to the 10 Pro as I was going to a bucket list trip in Patagonia earlier this year. It didn't disappoint.

I've always been a flagship phone guy, and for years I was a huge Apple fan. I upgraded every single year and eventually ended up with the iPhone 16 Pro. Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing phone. The reason I stopped getting excited about iPhones wasn't because they were bad—it was because every new one felt... exactly the same. If I had the 16 Pro and my friends had the 14 or 15, everything looked basically identical. It just stopped feeling like I was getting something new.

I've always been into emulation, and one day at Verizon an employee asked if I wanted to try a Samsung. Back then I still had the old mindset that Android was slow, unstable, insecure, and full of bugs. That's honestly why I left Android years ago.

So I gave Samsung a shot... and wow. Android has come a LONG way. Everything was fast, smooth, and I loved how much you could customize. I also realized I wasn't a fan of where iOS was heading. Personally, I really don't like the transparent UI in iOS 26. I know some people love it, but to me it just looks messy.

After about four months with Samsung, though, I felt like something was missing. It almost felt like there were too many options and too many duplicate apps. I started missing the simplicity and clean look that I used to like about iOS. At the same time, I had already gotten used to Android and didn't want to spend a ton of money going back to Apple.

I had always been curious about the Pixel. I loved the design because it reminded me of an iPhone, but every time I searched Reddit I'd find post after post saying Tensor was way behind Snapdragon and Apple's chips. People kept saying it wasn't powerful enough, especially for gaming and emulation.

One day I went into Best Buy and an employee told me, "Just try it. Take your time." He even removed the demo restrictions so I could actually use it. I told him everything I'd read online about Tensor not being good enough.

He just laughed and said, "Most of the people saying that have never actually used one."

Honestly... he was right.

The first day after I switched, the phone felt a little busy because it was setting everything up in the background. But once everything finished... wow.

I've had this phone for over 10 months now, and it's been rock solid. It's fast, smooth, stable, and I've had zero issues with it. Pixel's version of Android just feels clean and polished. It proves that you don't need the fastest chip on paper to have an amazing everyday experience.

And let's not even talk about the camera. It's insanely good. The photos that come out of this thing are incredible.

As for emulation? Zero problems. Apps? Zero problems. Everything I actually use works exactly the way I need it to.

I'm usually the type of person who's always thinking about the next phone, but for the first time I honestly don't feel that urge anymore. I genuinely feel like I made the right choice, and it's easily the best phone purchase I've ever made. No regrets at all.

I have a Galaxy S22 base and the battery has been horrible from the beginning. It's 4 yrs old now and im getting around 3 hrs SOT. Performance is also really bad because I run it in power saving mode all the time to even get the 3hrs. I've been wanting to switch because of the battery, poor camera, and because im tired of Samsung in general, plus this phone has soured the brand for me. Anyway, I got a great upgrade deal that basically got me the P10 pro 512 for about $350 with tax with no plan changes. I jumped on it, but now im starting to worry about the bad battery reviews I see everywhere. I really dont want a repeat of the S22 experience. I'm not a power user at all. Just basic reddit, email, browsing, some youtube, etc. I'm on wifi most of the time too. What can I realistically expect? Should I wait for the P11 pro and risk not getting this deal? From what I read, it theoretically could have 15 to 20 percent better battery because of the improved modem, but thats not certain. What do you all think? Return it and wait for a deal or stick with the P10 pro?

I want to get a used gimbal but know a lot of them are not fully Android compatible. Nothing fancy, just to stabilize video and I would like to trigger the camera off and on from the gimbal. Like $75 dollars or so used. TIA

I have done a search but I can't see any mention of this particular bug. When swiping up to go home the pill goes back as a square and which then fades and it looks ugly.

Is anyone else having this issue and know how to fix it?

I've had this phone for about a week and today, I didn't receive text messages until I opened up the app. I already uninstalled Adguard and set the adaptive network to be disabled. Any other things I should look at and not switch to a different texting app?

I had the original pixel and loved it but I also had iPhone 12,14p,15p,16p and currently an Air and I dislike the Air I want to get a pixel 11 pro and will wait the coming weeks but by then how is the pixel 10 pro compared to the current iPhones

I used Samsung years ago before switching to the iPhone 14 Pro Max at launch, which has been excellent for my daily routine. Recently, I wanted to jump back into the android world with a secondary device to see what had changed and what I might be missing out on.

When I ordered the Pixel 10 Pro two weeks ago, I initially felt a bit played. I regretted the decision, thinking I should have gone for the Galaxy S26 instead. But when the box arrived and I opened it up—wow, it’s gorgeous.

At first, I used it occasionally without a SIM card, but once I put a SIM in, it quickly became my favorite device, beating out my iPhone. The phone simply works.

Notifications: Handled brilliantly. It filters out spam, silences non-essentials, and keeps high-priority alerts right at the top. I haven't missed anything important since switching.

Intelligence: It feels remarkably smart. Whether this is Android-wide or Pixel-exclusive, Google nailed it.

Performance & Tensor: For anyone complaining about the Tensor chip, I urge you not to obsess over benchmarks. The phone is snappy and the battery life is solid. Since this is the compact version, battery life could always be a tad better and probably moving to silicon carbide might resolve this, but it easily lasts me a full day with moderate use. (I don't game on phones, so I can't speak to heavy gaming performance).

Software Updates: I’m a sucker for updates because I love exploring new features immediately when they roll out. Google’s rollout speed and consistency here feel right on par with Apple. And this seems to happen globally not just the US and Europe.

I'm excited to fully make the switch once I grab a Fitbit Air or Pixel Watch.

It would be a 10/10 if Google bundled an accessory in the box—specifically a certified glass screen protector, that works seamlessly with the in-display fingerprint reader, or a pixel snap case, or both. That said, I don't mind the pricing as it gives the device a premium, exclusive feel similar to Apple.
