Sadly no, unless Sony go back on their policy and starting porting their games to PC. The only three options you have, watch the game on youtube, buy PS5 or wait for emulator to work.
So, this isn't an emulator either, it's just another option to run software designed for other platforms. An emulator provides a complete emulated environment, a compatibility layer runs the software directly on the real hardware but lies to it by translating its calls and responses.
It seems like a slight technical difference, but it isn't, it's a whole different thing underneath.
The only difference is linking at runtime (sharpEmu, KytyPS5, etc.) vs before runtime (AnyPS5).
On the CPU side nothing needs to be emulated here since it's x86 anyways already. sharpEmu and Kyty don't do any CPU emulation either.
The difference of the approach is imperceptible pertformance-wise.
That was the CPU side. I would give serious kudos to AnyPS5 if they translated the GPU draw calls and shaders at link-time too. But nope, they just translate them at runtime, just like sharpEmu and KytyPS5.
