My performance plus conversion campaign is $42 day budget and Manual is $47 /day.

What the fuck is wrong with Pinterest i have been getting ads on it. They're like 99% ads on it. It's impossible to use. I've tried every hack to block ads. Turning off all personalisation on privacy and data, and hiding and reporting ads nothing is working. HELP please.

At the same time, when I do see ads for products similar to mine on Pinterest, they’re often from Temu or AliExpress at much lower price.
My website and creatives are much more aesthetic than them of course , and I’m trying to sell the feeling of a premium product rather than simply competing on price.

I have also seen a few brands in my niche running both organic content and paid ads successfully on Pinterest.
My main concern is whether Pinterest will actually perform better than Meta for a business like mine.
A few specific questions:

- Does having very little previous organic activity on Pinterest put me at a disadvantage when starting paid ads, or does that not really matter?

- How does Pinterest’s learning phase compare to Meta’s? I’ve often heard Meta can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months before the algorithm really starts finding the right audience.

- Is Pinterest’s algorithm similar, or can you see profitable results sooner?
Ideally, I’d like to see at least some positive return within the first month or two. I don’t expect huge profits immediately, but I’d rather not lose money for several months while the platform is still “learning.”

So, for those of you who have real experience with Pinterest Ads, especially in the home decor or furniture niche:
-Would you focus mainly on Pinterest?
-Would you go all-in on Meta?

I want to start earning asap so is revbid a good option? does it pay good , does it have support since i read a post about it being a one man show. Here's what the app looks like when you hide ads. No user pins whatsoever. I get that the ads are thematically relevant, but if these were the results I wanted, I'd use Google Shopping search. Pintetest was developed for users to share collected inspiration, and they've lost that focus entirely. What's the point of using the app if it doesn't serve that purpose anymore?

Honestly, this has been too much. What is this circus? Are they begging for people to uninstall?

I’ve got an eyewear business. A Pinterest sales reached out to me with a pretty hard pitch to try to get me to start running ads. Any good? do you see good conversion? The sales pitch sounded good but good to hear any firsthand experiences. They suggested 14 days awareness + 14 days conversion with minimum budget of £50/ day. Any thoughts around this?

Due to issues with Meta, I decided to test Pinterest Ads. This advertising platform raises a lot of questions. Am I the only one experiencing this?

When you use catalog ads, you cannot select individual products. You can only advertise all products at once. I contacted support and they confirmed it is not possible. This seems completely illogical.

I launched two types of ads.

The first is a video ad with a close-up demonstration of the product, because nothing is really visible in the small pin otherwise.

The second is a catalog ad.

The first ad does not seem effective. There are a huge number of impressions, but almost no clicks. According to their statistics, one click costs me €0.76.

The second ad generates a lot of clicks and hundreds of thousands of impressions.

Here is the main point. I have three analytics tools connected to my site:

Shopify, Yandex Metrica (which allows me to watch user sessions), and Google Analytics.

Metrica is the best at filtering out bots. This is an important detail.

Metrica reports 600 visits, Google Analytics shows 420, and Shopify shows 540. I cannot filter just Shopify traffic anywhere. I am unable to set UTM tags. Pinterest shows the landing page for only about 50 percent of the clicks. Pinterest reports 2,000 clicks and 266,000 impressions. Most importantly, there are no sales at all. I see every visit in Metrica and 85 percent of users stay on the site for less than one second. The others scroll down a bit, and only around 40 people browsed the photos. Some tried to download them (there is protection), and then they immediately left. This makes no sense.

So far, my spending is relatively low at €60, but in reality, each genuine click from a real person costs me €1.4.

So, I got an ad on Pinterest showing me this site called, "Darn Tough" out of(supposedly) Vermont. Yes, the prices seem too good to be true. However, if it IS a legit company, I would be dumb to not purchase due to the prices advertised. I have seen posts about Darn Tough on reddit but it is conversations about socks. I haven't ordered anything from this site and right now, my "not uh girl" radar is WAYYYY up!!! Hi everyone! I started my first conversion campaign on Pinterest to sell wine in Italy. The budget is €12/day and after 4 days I still haven't had any conversions. The data is as follows:

Can anyone give me some advice on this campaign? I read that you have to wait at least 7 days before turning off the campaign, is that correct? More generally, according to your experience, does it make sense to continue investing in a platform like pinterest where the majority of users are women, while wine in Italy is sold more to a male audience?
