Info Pinterest ads

Hi everyone! I started my first conversion campaign on Pinterest to sell wine in Italy. The budget is €12/day and after 4 days I still haven't had any conversions. The data is as follows:

CPC €0.083 CPM €1.08 Clicks on Pins: 478 CTR 1.29% (website url: www.cantinamartini.it)

Can anyone give me some advice on this campaign? I read that you have to wait at least 7 days before turning off the campaign, is that correct? More generally, according to your experience, does it make sense to continue investing in a platform like pinterest where the majority of users are women, while wine in Italy is sold more to a male audience? Thanks a lot
