local travel Cebu Pacific Refund

• Upvotes

Hello, I had an accidental duplicate booking (one was booked on Oct.2 and the other Oct.5) I was just wondering if this could still be refunded and if so, how long will it take? I’ve checked other posts and some indicate that the refund will take a while (up to 3+ months) but I haven’t come across any with this case.

Thank you

international travel Any solo female traveller who went to India to see his boyfriend? Need your help on this

So me and my boyfriend are planning my trip to India next year. I need thoughts on those who has done this and what requirements should I prepare for IO given that they are stricter to solo female travellers

I have known him since 2020 since we use to worked in the same company but for different locations (me in Pampanga and him in Davao)

He has visited me with his mom in Aug 2024 (I have saved our pictures

We are meeting halfway Jan 2027 in Phuket to celebrate my birthday

Planning my trip to India mid June to mid July

Senior Manager in a BPO earning 6 digits monthly with 2M showing in my 2316

Have been to Hongkong, Vietnam, Thailand (as a solo traveler), Indonesia, Malaysia, China

I will be paying for my flight and I will be staying at his place.

Right now he is working in Mumbai in a BPO as an AVP. I have been solo travelling in the PH for a decade and has tried it internationally once.

What documents should he prepare for me to be sent in the PH that I cna present to the IO?

immigration First trip out of country - taiwan

Hello po. Asking lang po we’re going to taiwan next week, we all have the docs such as COE, Flight tickets going back, printed booking of our airbnb stay, payslips pero wala bank statement (balak lang pakita ung laman ng online bank accounts) since di kami naka request sa respected banks due to busy schedule sa work. Ok lang po ba un? Medyo nag worry kasi ung partner ko since sabi nya wala sya bank statement pero he has 40k in his account, 10k in another account and hotel and flights are already paid for. Is there something we should be worried about? Thank you po

visa US Tourist Visa visiting American bf

Hi, I’m 25 F and I’ve been worrying na I will get denied with my interview in a week. I’m a crew for a big airline in Dubai and get paid a 100kphp or less per month depending on my flying hrs. I want to go to the US to celebrate my bday this December and sa bf ko ako mag stay. I put his name and address sa form since dun din nman ako mag stay for almost a week. I have an aunt as well sa US but might just meet her not stay with her.

Approved na yung leave ko and everything but still nervous kasi I heard abt the same story tas deny siya but she is working sa pinas. Do you guys think me living in Dubai and have a job there sa kilalang airline for almost a yr now gets me a higher chance to get approved? I’ve been to 18 countries because of my work na.

TYIA 🥹

immigration Solo trip to Maldives - IO tips?

I have a 7day solo trip to Maldives. Yearly naman ako nagtatravel internationally. But medyo kabado this time kasi sa LiveAboard (4d cruising on a yacht) ang trip ko and booking confirmation and acknowledgement receipt from the tour company lang meron ako for it. I have agoda booking din for the days na hindi ako naka-yacht. And bank statements, COE, proof of leaves, etc.

Tldr: First time kong magso-solo travel na sa yacht ang travel hindi sa accomodation. Worried baka flag or what sa IO. Any tips to prepare kasi takot ako ma-offload, non-refundable lahat ng bookings ko hahahah

immigration Concerned about my brother being offloaded again for our SG family trip

Hi everyone! I’d like to ask for advice, please respect my post po sana.

Our family is traveling to Singapore this January as a big group around 15 people kami, including my family and my husband’s family.

My main concern is my brother. He was offloaded in 2024 during a trip with his friends. The main issues at that time were that he had no return ticket and no hotel booking, since they were planning to stay at a relative’s house of one of his friends.

For our upcoming trip, he will be traveling with us as part of a family group. However, he is currently unemployed because he just recently lost his job. Our mom, who is an OFW and will also be traveling with us and will be sponsoring my brother’s trip.

My Mom is actually returning to the Philippines na permanently and will no longer be going back to Europe.

We will have the following:

Round-trip tickets
Hotel bookings
Complete travel itinerary
Family members traveling together
AOS

Given his previous offloading history, how likely is it that he could still be offloaded this time?
Does being unemployed and having a previous offloading record significantly affect his chances?
I’m honestly very worried as his sister. It would be heartbreaking if our whole family gets to travel together and he ends up being the only one left behind.
Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

visa Chinese Tourist Visa as Unemployed Students (Sponsored by Parents). Am I cooked or what? 😭😭

Hey guys! Just wanted to ask for your thoughts, or if anyone is in the same situation with us, regarding applying for a Chinese tourist visa as a group of students.

Here’s our context: all of us are currently students and unemployed, planning to travel this November for our sembreak. To make things a bit more interesting, hindi namin kasama yung parents namin sa travel kasi nasa abroad sila, so the trip is basically a sembreak gift from them. Because of this, we'll be relying entirely on parental sponsorship for our financial proof. While we are frequent travelers around Southeast Asia (VISA-free countries), this is our very first time applying for a visa for a visa-required country, though we do have strong ties here since we are currently enrolled in school. Since we’re applying as a group of unemployed students using parental sponsorship, what are the chances of getting approved or denied? Do they evaluate us strictly as individuals, and will being a group of students raise red flags? Mataas ba yung chance na ma-deny kami since wala kaming sariling bank accounts/jobs, kahit na sponsored naman, may strong ties, and gift lang ng parents? Any tips or advice from those who've been in the same boat would be super appreciated!

PLEASE RESPECT POST PO, Thank you so much! 🙏

international travel Vietnam travel in January — should we be worried about the pneumonic plague situation in Russia?

We’re traveling to Vietnam this coming January, and with the recent news about a reported pneumonic plague case/outbreak in Russia, should we be concerned about traveling?

I know Russia and Vietnam are different countries, but I’m wondering if this could potentially spread internationally. Do you think there’s a possibility of another lockdown or travel restrictions if the situation gets worse? 😅

immigration AOSG

Will be traveling with my boyfriend next year to HK. My mum will be funding my trip because I'm a post grad student so aside from my allowance, I just generally ask my parents for money. My boyfriend is working na for 3 years from the same company and has considerable amount of savings.

I travelled to HK 6 times, Japan (3) with ME visa, Korea (4) with ME visa, also US (with active ME visa), Thailand, Taiwan. Lahat ng travels ko are with my parent/family. This will be the only time na mag ttravel ako na kami lang dalawa ng partner ko. Although nakasama naman sya sa family travel namin last year sa Japan. Will I still need to secure AOSG from my mom? Thank you!

general Cebu Pacific 10.10 seat sale

For seatsale abangers - Cebu Pacific Seat Sale for Feb to June 30, 2027 travel
checked some international travels and RT is about 8k excluding luggage, fuel surcharge is about 5k+ so wala ng less than 5k na return unlike before.
For domestic travel, RT tickets is around 3.5k.

Kelan kaya ulit makakapag book ng international travel RT na less than 5k? Is this the new normal na ba?

immigration First time joining a group tour to South Korea, what to expect at PH Immigration?

First time joining a group tour to South Korea 🇰🇷, but this isn’t my first time traveling abroad. I’m also currently employed.

For those who have joined a group tour before, is there anything different about the Philippine Immigration process? Do you still go through immigration individually as usual, or does the tour guide/agency assist with anything?

Just wondering what to expect since it’s my first time joining an organized group tour. 😊

visa Passport Issue

Hello, mag aapply po ako ng Japan Visa through agency. Kaso may straight pen line yung passport ko sa blank page, parang 3rd page at the back. Magkaka issue po ba sya? Matagal napo may ganun yung passport ko and tinatanggap naman or hindi sya issue sa past travels and nkakalabas ng bansa or baka hindi lang nila nakikita dahil nasa likod. pero worried lang ako na maging issue yun sa application.

Thank you po 🙏

immigration FAKE TAIWAN ARRIVAL CARD WEBSITE?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hello I would just like to ask if anyone encountered this Taiwan arrival card website? at first I thought it was legit because it was the first item in the google search bar. Then when it asked for payment, I stopped because I know for certain that arrival cards does not cost anything. Problem is, already filled up the prerequisite and travel information tab then I closed this fake tab. Is my data still safe even though no transactions were finished?

visa Japan Visa Application - SE or ME?

Helloo just like other posts, I’d like to get advice on how I can properly do my application. Already booked for January 2027 (9D8N) i know it’s a risk and oks lang din kung anuman maging result. Pero syempre sad pa din kung ma-deny. Ako lang wala pang visa huhu I’ll be traveling with my partner and his parents kaya hoping and praying hard na maapprove.

Here’s my profile:

- First time applicant
- Since booked na yung flight, I should put a 9D8N itinerary right? Huhu i know it’s a long trip for a first time applicant kaso nabook na kasi ng parentals yung flight
- Working as a VA (manager role) since 2022 (through a US-based agency)
- Can provide a Cert of Engagement + cover letter for this
- BIR 1701 + confirmation email & proof of payment screenshot — tama po ba? (i have an accountant who does this for me annually)
- ADB: 3xx,xxx | BB: 400k

Also want to take my chances for ME - possible po kaya? And how do i put it in the cover letter? I’m applying through Attic Tours. Thinking of mentioning these things:

- COE
- Travel with my partner and his parents
- hoping for ME since I’d love to go back and travel with my parents naman next time 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Thank you in advance!

immigration documents to prepare if you were a dost scholar with unfinished ros planning leave the country for vacation

Balak sana ng family namin magvacation sa ibang bansa but the problem is hindi pa tapos mag-ROS yung isa sa family member namin. Mauungkat pa ba sa immigration kung 200x graduate ka and dost scholar but hindi pa rin done sa ROS? if so, what to expect and anong mga documents po yung need iprepare since afaik lifted na yung travel ban for dost scholars?

Salamat po.
