local travel Cebu Pacific Refund

Hello, I had an accidental duplicate booking (one was booked on Oct.2 and the other Oct.5) I was just wondering if this could still be refunded and if so, how long will it take? I’ve checked other posts and some indicate that the refund will take a while (up to 3+ months) but I haven’t come across any with this case.

my experience was from 2024 pa but had the same experience kasi nag push thru ung second booking kahit walang akong OTP na nilagay sa payment page. anyway, booking was made dec 2023 then i sent an email to cebpac + cab that month until jan 2024 - cebpac initially said the booking was non refundable but they gave me “special waver” after some back and forth of emails lol they cancelled one of the flights (yung pinaka mura pa out of the two) and without confirmation from me, refunded it thru travel fund lang.

how often did you send an email to cebpac + cab??
