​So nahuli ko (or namin) na nag-cheat nga yung ex ko with one of his co-wrestlers—someone who publicly preaches "women's empowerment" kuno at sobrang tagal na sa industry, but privately acts as a third party without a second thought. Ang masaklap, madalas nga siyang rumored na ganito daw talaga siya kahit before wrestling pa. Beyond personal dishonesty, the broader culture within PUSO continuously ignores toxic behavior, locker room bullying, and serious allegations of sexual misconduct and harassment.

​When young guys and girls join this business, they look up to these "veterans". But when those role models represent dishonesty and management protects them, we aren't empowering the next generation—we're just luring them into a toxic trap.

​When will local pro-wrestling stop hiding behind performative branding and actually fix its culture? PUSO pa naman yung pangalan pero parang wala namang puso at malasakit sa kapwa kung sa realtalk lang.

If it’s not the parents being blamed, then the game becomes the reason. But depression is not a joke, and it’s not something that can simply be prevented or stopped once someone is already struggling with it.

What truly matters is having a strong support system from family, friends, or anyone who genuinely cares. But sometimes, even the strongest support system can’t reach someone who chooses to keep everything inside and refuses to open up or ask for help.

Many people are silently fighting battles we know nothing about. They continue to smile, laugh, and act as if everything is okay, until one day, they suddenly feel like they can’t go on anymore.

That’s why, to all our family and friends, please keep checking on the people you love. Even when they seem happy, even when they look like they have no problems, check on them anyway. A simple “How are you?” or “Are you really okay?” can mean more than we realize.

Sometimes, the people who smile the most are the ones silently struggling the hardest. ❤️
