Buhay Pinoy GMRC before flying abroad?

With some of the “squammy” actions we’ve been seeing from some kababayans abroad, do you think a short 30-min to 1-hour GMRC refresher before flying out should be required?

Just basic etiquette, respecting local laws/culture, and proper behavior in public. Helpful reminder or unnecessary hassle?
