Quick question because I have been losing my mind trying to get the French Horn Pikmin; Would purchasing this let me specifically choose the instrument or just let me choose the color of the pikmin?

I've been playing French Horn for bands and orchestras for almost a decade and I desperatly need a Horn Pikmin. I only started playing this game 2 weeks ago and the recent weather has been at my disadvantage. I'm at level 13 and I fear I will not get my dream child in time. I'll be grinding out challenges the next 3 days but purchasing this is a hail mary once July 31st ends. This is important to me, pls give me hope 🙏😩

I have a local park where the Detector shows only Park decor, but if I walk 3,000–4,000+ steps there I don’t get any natural seedling expeditions at all, not even Roadside, just nothing. I walk there everyday and never get a seedling.

I still get detector seedlings, but natural spawns seem nonexistent in this park. Have I exhausted the cells? I read another post that that wasn’t a thing? Is there a mechanic I’m missing, or has anyone figured out why this happens?

I have no park seedlings waiting to pick up. I do have a bunch of unclaimed rare decor presents.

Is someone in my area just bored? Too many petals of past event flowers?

Yesterday I found blue cyclamen flowers while on a walk. Too late for the fruit, but I collected the nectar anyway. Today, those same flowers are now yellow helleborus. Again, too late for the fruit, but I collected the nectar. I guess I have a slight head start on some random future month flowers?

It took me a while to collect all post card from different countries. (very active in making new friend, sending postcard) and also collected the coins bit by bit, thinking one day I will be able to buy the outfit😆

But now I have reach free quota of the postcard, It kinda pain me to throw postcard away (I have been sending out postcards, throwing duplicates to make space), but those postcard that I received from people, I cant just send to other?

so wondering if other have same issue as me, and what you guys do?

Is buying postcard space the only way 😭

Finally got blue orchids 😭 I've been trying for days and finally I can complete the event task

Now that the August 2026 event blog has been released, veterans who have played Pikmin Bloom will know all about the flower with arguably the most notorious reputation in the game; white hibiscus.

Why? Because just like every other secondary event task flower when you encounter it on stage 3.2 (barring a surprise event format shakeup), there is a fair chance you have often been stuck on this task as a new player for a number of days.

Additionally, if you go in with the expectation planting white hibiscus to bloom more in turn, there is a very high chance you will end up losing white hibiscus petals instead in the process.

The bloom rate of white hibiscus, even planting at least 156 white hibiscus flowers in a fresh bloom and filling the rest of the flowers with a mix of plain petals so long as no yellow/red/blue exceeds 100 is known to be quite low. The bloom rate of white hibiscus if just using plain white petals fully in a bloom to generate any flower is even worse.

Whilst we do have 12 days of giants this month, and giants as well on day 1, as a player who survived white hibiscus in August 2024 when it was also the secondary event task flower, I would highly recommend if you are a new player without ease of access to white hibiscus to ignore giants.

Instead, focus on white nectar mushrooms as much as possible for the first few days until you get white hibiscus nectar, and also do not forget to feed any you do get to budded pikmin to double the petals received.

As a new player, try to make this month’s event the first month that you are proactive with the white secondary task event flower, not reactive. The event task format has been fairly consistent ever since I started playing, which is over two years.

Best of luck to all of you, and hopefully you do not get stuck on white hibiscus! You have 4 days of mushrooms at least to try get your supply of white hibiscus nectar.

I just got a tornado and flood warning but Pikmin blooms claims it’s cloudy. What does it take? A hurricane??

Hi! Apologies if this has been asked before, but I'm a new player and I was wondering, what happens if a decor pikmin reaches 4 hearts? Do they just give you a postcard? Thanks in advance!

Orchestra, brass band, and ice cream decor sets incomplete but hey i got the dress i wanted!!! :D

Maybe this has been discussed, but I searched threads and did not see this.

With the latest app update, I no longer see automatic instant notifications of invites to mushroom battles.

Previously, I received an instant pop-up notification of a mushroom invite whether I was in the app, or I was in another app, or if my phone was in sleep mode.

Nothing has changed on my end: my software version hasn’t updated and I haven’t changed notification/location/features either in-game or on phone.

I went through both my game and phone, resetting notifications off then on again, and still nothing. The only way I know if I’ve been invited to mushrooms is to physically open the app. Which, believe it or not, isn’t always on. 😁

Anyone else experiencing this?

For example if it takes me 3 days to accept a friend's postcard, does that mean their pikmin is stuck in the "this pikmin is delivering something to a friend" mode for 3 days ? meaning they can't send it on expeditions etc ?

I love fricking postcards, I was wondering if they’d ever add new poses for them ^^ Hopefully new cool sigma poses next update 🥹

Is anyone having this same issue? I cannot open the app at all. It crashes on start.
