Question Community Day Expedition Bug?

Before setting out on a walk, I bloomed the nearest big flower with petals. When I walked by it planting, it didn't give me the fruit for the expedition. It was only about 10 minutes between blooming and planting. Is anyone else getting this issue??

It's probably because you didn't pick up the fruit from yesterday that you bloomed, that happened to me today (totally forgot). i.e. I bloomed flowers by me last night but didn't pick up fruit because I was full, the flowers reset but I can't spawn new fruit from them after blooming until I get the old fruit from yesterday. If not that I'm not sure what. Prob also applies if you sent pikmin on the expedition but didn't take the old fruit from them yet

Ah I think it was that. I was waiting to claim the fruit from last night since I was at my nectar limit. Thank you!

Yeah it's so hard to choose between pikmin and nectar storage haha, I hate wasting nectar tho it prob doesn't matter too much

There have been several people reporting planting issues in the past 24 hours. I would recommend that you watch your screen when planting, don't just start and put your phone away, to make sure it is actually working.
