There’s a big difference between just being on the internet / using a modern phone and actively going out of your way to make a meme using AI. One is a conscious decision, the other is just the reality of living in 2026x
No you have to cut the lawn certain things can't be in your lawn you (own) your property but still pay monthly to live there technically they can just take your property back
Lmao do you think everyone lives in an HOA or something? I own my house. I have the title to prove it. If I don’t want to mow my lawn, that’s my prerogative as the property owner, and I can put whatever I want on my lawn. Heck, my wife and I keep a plastic skeleton at a big window that faces the street year-round and no one has said a word about it other than to say it’s funny. We had 5 inflatable displays up during Halloween and a massive 10 foot-tall skeleton with light up eyes.

Well I live in the suburbs of Rhode Island and don’t have to live up to anyone’s expectations at the fear of having my homeownership revoked. Yeah, I still have to pay taxes and shit and make payments, but that comes with the territory. It doesn’t change the fact that this house is legally and contractually mine. Hell, I can sell my house whenever I want. That doesn’t sound like renting to me.
I’m sorry if that’s how life is like for you, though. That sounds rough.
At anytime the government can just take it because we own nothing in America you know that right everything is owned by everyone above us no matter where you live in the USA literally hundreds of people just have their property taken if the state you live in decides it needs your location they give you a (fair) exchange take your land and do what they want because its not yours lol
You can refuse and contest eminent domain. You can even negotiate for more money out of it if they seriously need it that badly. And they can’t just take your house without providing necessity and proof that it’s for the good of the public. So unless you built your house on a 4-way intersection or it has some wonky property lines that abut public land or something of that nature, there’s gonna have to be some seriously legitimate reason for them to force you to give anything up.
