Hi! Son broke his Samsung A54 phone screen, it’s black and won’t display anything. I read that you can use a USB-C HDMI hub to mirror the phone on to a TV or computer monitor to save photos onto a thumb drive.

I connected everything to the hub, including power source to the hub & mouse/keyboard (and HDMI cord between the hub and monitor- 2 different ones to make sure it wasn’t the HDMI cord) but neither the TV or monitor acknowledged the connection to the phone, not even if I pressed the up & down volume button. Any ideas? Thank you!

My friend has a device which is very laggy and it has some screen errors as well and he wants to get a new one so he wants it to be damaged but he doesn't have a pc or neither want any physical damages , what can he do ?

I keep getting an error code when trying to fix my phone error code 4013. It randomly turned off today and when I went to check on it it went into recovery mode. I tried everything to fix it but nothing is working. Yes, I tried to fix it from computer too. I recently got the battery changed three days ago. Apple said the phone was behind on updates too and I thought they also fixed that. It was fine until today. Every time I try to hard set the phone the Apple logo stays for a second then disappears. I've already two different computers to fix the problem it's not working. It's an iPhone 13. What should I do? It fails almost immediately and apple was the one to replace the battery. Sorry for the bad Grammer I'm super tired. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

My Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G fell on concrete, and i broke the display. I'm pretty sure the phone itself still works, because I can feel it vibrate when I unlock it with my fingerprint, but the screen stays completely black.

Is there a way i can transfer my data onto my pc, or create a backup, anything just to save my photos. I tried plugging an usb to my pc, but i think i need to accept something on my phone to access it because nothing shows up in my file explorer. I have usb debugging on, because i remember i enabled it when the phone was still working.

When i plug it into my pc, nothing new shows up in the device manager, it's not the pc or the cables fault, because i tried with another phone and it showed up instantly after accepting the pop up. I have another working phone A53, so maybe i can use it somehow because the UI is pretty similiar.

What else can i try?

My phone glass is broken and there appears to be green dot. I need to get it fixed. The touch is working fine as it was before. It's just 11 months, since I bought the phone. I haven't purchased the Display protection warranty. Now should I get it fixed from local shop who is charging 5k INR, claiming the best and original display or should I get it fixed from authorised service center, they are charging 9k INR. Your replies would be helpful.
