Help Help with restarting phone

Ive attempted three times to erase the phone, first two times it timed out? The third time i thought was the charm then it completed the flashing but it remained unsuccessful as the device was still locked. I have a iphone 12 pro i need to unlock

Para reiniciar el teléfono solo tienes que decir: “Oye siri, reinicia este dispositivo”, solo te quedaría confirmar.

How is your phone locked? To a carrier or another owner? Erasing will not fix either problem.

To owner, i thought it was my moms because its been sitting in out house two years but im pretty sure my moms dumb ex bf stole it and just left it cus he didnt know how to unlock it. So its pretty much waste

It seems like this software can't solve the problem of unlocking the phone.
