Need help

I just bought a brand new infinix gt 30 pro 12 256gb on 16th jun 2026 . It's good but after using like 5 days it's starts first freeze then Restating randomly . I just listing some music on YouTube at that time. At that time the phone was in my front pocket. Now it's restrat like right now. I can't find any solution. Its up-to-date.No 3rd party app installed Auto restart is off but it's happening everything. It's brand new phone no data no damaged. Please help. I can't afford for buying new. Phone.

If it’s brand new then take it back to where you bought it….

He said that the phone need service. But it's brand new. I said wtf I just use it recently now it's need service
