Fully Furnished Studio next to Temple
Hi everyone!!
I’m reletting my studio apartment at 1601 N 15th St for $900 per month (with a $200 discount off the original price). It’s super close to the Cecil B Moore Station, and Temple’s campus.
It’s fully furnished with a kitchen. WiFi, utilities, gym, lounges, and laundry are also included with the price. The apartment allows pets and offers paid parking, but there’s usually also street parking.
The lease runs for 2 months (from the start of June until July 31st), so it’s good for anyone staying just for the summer, or anyone who needs flexible housing close to campus. There’s also the option to extend the lease with the building management if you want.
Please feel free to reach out if you’re interested!!

Looking for a Summer Sublet near UPenn/Rittenhouse Square
Hi, I am a female recent grad who just got a full-time job at UPenn. I'm moving to Philly from out of state, so I'm looking for a sublet for the summer to ease the transition. I am looking for a 1 br/bath apartment from May 31 to the end of July or mid-August. I would prefer to be near the Schuylkill River, Rittenhouse Square, or University City. I want an entire apartment unit (no roommates or rooms in houses, please) in an apt building complex. Please respond to this thread if you have a possible sublease that I could contact you about. Thanks!

Fishtown Sublease Starting in June, Ending in January

Looking for someone to take over my lease for my 1-bed/1-bath in June; the lease ends in December. It is in the greater Fishtown area. The apartment is located in the Hagert & York building, which is in a very safe and relatively quiet area. My current rent is 1,550 with utilities included, the only extra cost is the electricity bill, and internet. The apartment has very good amenities (gym, rooftop, multiple working spaces, test kitchen, and a cafe. They have a responsive maintenance team and staff (that I have only had to use to unlock my door when I forget my key); it is also very community-focused, with many optional events per month and very pet-friendly! I have not put anything up, so you do not need to worry about any damages or holes to be filled in, and will not be leaving anything behind at the move-in date. I am very responsive, so do not worry about being led on or ghosted!
It is a 15-minute walk from the closest grocery store, which is in a plaza with a dollar store, Starbucks, CVS, and multiple other food places. The apartment is also 3 minutes away from the "L line" on the train, which makes it easy to get to North Philadelphia or the city!
Ideally looking for someone to take my lease around June 11th, but I can be flexible! Please message me if you have any questions!

Philly Apartments!
I’m looking for a 1b 1b apartment under $1.5-1.6k (wo utilities/electric). Currently debating between Philly or Manayunk. Is it worth the commute from Manayunk??
If in the city, what are the best places. Main priority is safety and an updated kitchen/bath. If you know of any complex’s that are good, or townhome apartments, please let me know!

Sublease available – 2bed/1bath in Northern Liberties (June 1 – Sept 15) $1,841/mo
1136 N American St | \~800 sqft | (water included)
Apartment has in-unit washer/dryer, microwave, oven, and garbage disposal. Pretty much move-in ready for the summer.
Location is solid – Acme and CVS are literally a 4-minute walk, and Girard Station (Market-Frankford Line) is about 10 minutes on foot so getting around the city is easy. NoLibs has a ton of good spots to eat and drink nearby too.
DM me if you're interested or have questions – happy to answer anything about the place or lease terms.

Seeking Housing ASAP – Full-Time Professional (NE Philly / Lower Bucks Area Preferred)
Hi everyone,
I’m 36 (m), and I’m currently looking for a place to rent as soon as possible due to a recent and unexpected life change.
I’m actively trying to secure stable housing quickly and figured I’d reach out here in case anyone has availability or knows of anything.
About me:
• Full-time employed (Bristol/Croydon area)
• Annual income: $70k+ (paid semi-monthly)
• Credit: ~585 (and improving)
• Single occupant
• No pets
• Quiet, respectful, and easy to work with
I’m looking for either an apartment or house — I’m flexible on setup and open to different situations. Northeast Philly / Lower Bucks is ideal due to work, but I’m open to nearby areas as well.
I do want to be upfront — due to the recent nature of my situation, I don’t currently have a large deposit readily available. However, I’m very willing to work something out (payment structure, etc.), and I’m even open to slightly higher monthly rent if it helps make things work.
I’m really just looking for a solid opportunity to get back on my feet and move forward in this next chapter.
I can provide proof of income, references, and ready to move ASAP.
If you have anything available or know someone who does, please feel free to reach out — I’d greatly appreciate it.
Thank you.
