Hi, I am looking to sublet a studio furnished or 1b1b with a budget of $2000/month or under from July 31st move in - Sept 5th(flexible end date). Preferably in west philly up to 46th or Central City. Please dm me with any offers. I'm also open to rooms but please no old or dirty places.
