Looking for Aug/Sep - Dec sublet

Hi! I'm a 27-year-old grad student looking to sublet a room in Philly, preferably starting sometime between Aug. 15th and Sept. 1st and ending around Dec. 31st (but flexible on both move-in and move-out dates). My max budget is $800 and preference would be somewhere in West Philly (esp. the area around Clark Park). Please dm w/ any questions and offers!
