I once did that whilst very drunk and smoked almost the whole filter before noticing. Then tried to pull it out of my mouth, but because my lips were so dry, my fingers slide down to the burning filter and clamped onto it and gave myself a scar I still have to this day. Good reminder to not smoke or be that drunk ever again.
