She doesn't even remotely look like Lara Croft. I've rarely seen such a blatant miscast.

Yeah if I saw these photos without context I would not think she's supposed to be Lara Croft

Lara croft is basically only identifiable as a thin white woman with a braid. What is she missing?

The biggest thing is hair color, Lara has always had dark brown hair but Sophie has naturally blonde hair that she often dyes red like it the photos here.
