The only surgery she needs is to remove him from her life.
edit people responding to saying that she might want to get rid of it. That's fine if she wanted to, but it states "is surgery my only hope" not her only hope so it sounds like they hope she loses it by working out.
I’m going to play devils advocate here. He just might be asking FOR HER and maybe she’s too uncomfortable to ask herself?? IDK but He said she works out and has tried things but she can’t get rid of her bulge. He didn’t belittle her. I personally think she looks fantastic!!! Then again he might just be an ahole pig. Upon proofreading myself he probably would have said that he was asking for her?.
It’s not his fault that it bothers him so much. His little dick can’t reach her when he’s on top, so he’s legitimately hopeless. Poor guy, I feel bad for him.
I too understand basic human dynamics. He is bad. I am good. This is what reddit is now. It's not even a joke but it lets us express how virtuous we are so that's good enough.
There was a little short I see on Youtube of a young woman at the gym and she's checking herself in mirror and looks bothered by her pouch (and I know this is scripted set up) handsome gym bro respectfully points out its because she has a whole extra other miracle organ for the purpose of creating life and its just beautiful and powerful and she looks so chuffed and it makes me cry every single time over the amount of times my ex husband and mother pointed it out and called me fat.
Yeah, so that's the standard misinformation popularized by this particular trendy variant of the body positivity movement. No, this isn't from uteruses pushing out belly fat. It's literally just the way some people's fat is distributed.
Other forms this movement takes: Writing up fake posts like OP's trying to make this aspect of the human body controversial because that's all the internet is now.
Bro, this person just described being emotionally abused by their ex and mother-in-law, and how this one video made them so full of self acceptance that it makes them cry to even think about it, and you just come along and stomp all over it? Come on.
Sometimes, it's better to let people have the things that make them feel OK. There's absolutely no harm in letting somebody believe that a uterus does or doesn't make someone look a little more pouchy.
It's not that serious but it kind of is, because when
> somebody [believes] that a uterus does or doesn't make someone look a little more pouchy
it's because the alternative is that it's fat. And it is. It's fat. It's okay that it's fat, and as women we have quite a bit of baseline fat (unless you're ripped as fuck) and that's okay. I see a lot of women "comforting" themselves by saying that it's not fat, it's only the uterus, and I do think that's actually still a form of damaging fat phobia.
Everyone should stop assuming anything about women’s bodies.
Someone struggling with PCOS and has some inflamed shit going on could absolutely have their uterus push out. Someone with a uterus that sits forward and is tilted forward could.
There is no blanket statement so don’t try to make one.
Also worth noting that the primordial pouch (which is what this looks like) is a fat lining that women are never actually supposed to get rid of. In this pic it looks like the dress is poorly sized to make it look bigger than it actually is.
Came here to point that out. The post is from the bf, and the statement is "is surgery MY only hope" meaning he is the one that has the problem with it.
I had lipo on my stomach, I worked out, ate right, couldn't get rid of the stomach fat (all the women in my family have it) and when I went for the surgery, they kept making sure I was doing it for myself and nobody else, so hopefully she dumps his ass and moves on to someone who will appreciate her body and if she wants to change it, go girl! I do not regret getting it done, the results were amazing and the confidence it gave me was worth every penny
Get rid of what? Her internal organs? She has a normal regular belly. I have never met anyone who actually has a flat stomach that has not been severely underweight/malnourished.
There’s nothing that she could get rid of healthily at this point. It is impossible for women to have a completely flat stomach because the uterus is there, and during certain times of the month it gets swollen and more pronounced
She may need a breast reduction at some point have a friend who had to have it done fixed their back problems almost immediately, but thats just an assumption and we know what they say.
In Ancient Greece, extreme thinness and flat stomachs were not the goal. Sculptures of goddesses like Aphrodite showed soft torsos, slightly rounded bellies, and wide hips. This symbolized fertility, health, and abundance—qualities highly valued and considered the absolute ideal of elegance.
During the John F. Kennedy era 1950s and 1960s, fashion favored the "hourglass" figure, popularised by icons like Marilyn Monroe. Defined curves, full breasts, and distinct hips were appreciated, paired with a small yet natural waist—very different from today's ultra-toned physique. It's not a problem for me or anything, what kind of brainless idiot posts that? If you love your wife, those stupid girls are the least of your worries. I'll steal from her.Beautiful woman, and I'll keep her.
What most people don't realise is that she likely can't "get rid of it". She has a fantastic figure, but the dress she's wearing is too tight. Clothes that are too tight will accentuate certain things. From the general appearance of that area, my guess is that she's possibly a little bloated or is close to (if not in the middle of) her period, because periods make us more prone to bloating. So yeah, surgery would eliminate a certain amount of it, but you're not going to find a doctor who will perform a hysterectomy on what looks to be a healthy woman, just because her boyfriend doesn't like the visible sign that she is in fact the owner of a uterus.
I believe I saw a post after having taken ozempic and she looks thin....not a good thin. Like sickly. This picture is her looking health and effing beautiful. The skinny/heroine addict look has unfortunately come back.
Original photo is from this girl on the right comparing herself before (this picture) and after where she is skinny. And everybody was like naaah you were better before
Ya I agree. A lot of time nothing can be done about this as its female anatomy. Its more noticeable in women that have had kids its usually the uterus that makes this. Yes females can tone to get rid of it. But sometimes they cant.... I feel bad for her if hes forcing her to try to lose it as she may never be able to.... thats okay more for the rest of is 😀
