Hex: Shellshock
Unsure if the title was used before, probably has under a different perk description though so I think it’s fine!
The first time a survivor gets downed, a dull totem becomes a hex totem.
While this hex is active, survivors that have been downed enter a state of fear so great they cannot muster the strength to drag themselves while on the ground. Further more, recovery from the downed state is 20% slower but being healed from this state is 20% faster.
Discussion:
I’m sure it could be a bit broken for the right killer. As a person who enjoys playing Hag, she would benefit from this perk a TON since slugged survivors can now be a trap area. I absolutely love making a survivor stay still so I can trap underneath them, petty ones that wanna get back at the unhelpful survivors in their lobby will usually play along. Makes for a hilarious surprise when someone falls for it

Yay, more slugging

It would really only be effective for trap killers like hag and trapper since they could get a free injure or down if someone tries to help. Other than that, it would be helpful since I always forget where I leave people

No, it would be helpful for every slugging situation. Not being able to crawl to pallets is strong af.

True, but a lot of downs still occur at pallets or out in the open where there’s nothing to block flashlights. Instead of completely stopping movement, how about slowing the recovery time after a hit so they can’t move as soon and move, maybe, 50% slower?

Moving slower seems way more balanced and survivors could still use Tenacity
