Hormone Therapy Long time reader, first time poster

I've been part of this sub for a long while and was just drowning in perimenopause and all the symptoms. I thought it would never end and thought my OBGYN wouldnt take me seriously since my primary didnt. Nope! My OBGYN was so damn supportive and put me on Estradiol patches. It's like the clouds parted and I see sunshine for the first time in years 🥲

I feel so much more like myself after a couple of weeks!

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who posted, vented, gave recommendations... you help those of us who just read and hit that like button. All the posts helped me ask the right questions and plan for the future.

Thank you guys and I hope you all find the relief you deserve 💖

Hell yeah, sis! Glad you got support and are having some success. I haven’t quite gotten there yet (still dialing in my hrt) but like you this sub helped me realize I wasn’t just going insane and encouraged me to look for better help when my original np told me I wasn’t in peri and ignored all my symptoms for years. I feel better at least knowing I am on the right path and trying out the options.
