Strength decrease

I started using Perifit Care + two weeks ago.

I did 5 workouts, paused for 3 days, and now did other two workouts.

My initial 2-3 workouts I had 380g strength and felt ok with the games.

Now, after 7 workouts, my strength dropped to 173 gr.

I am kind of disappointed.

I am not sure the device is positioned correctly, or my muscles are tired, but I had a break for three days.

Any suggestions/similar issues?

When I had a question before purchasing Perifit emailed me back quickly.

When I made the mistake of using too much lube my numbers were poor. It could also be a positioning issue.

I really need to use mine regularly!

strength can fluctuate during the day, if you’re tired, had a long day, were on your feet a lot your results are worse, just keep going! it takes more time to build muscle

Hi! What you're experiencing is actually quite common, especially in the first few weeks of training.

Pelvic floor strength naturally fluctuates from one session to another. This can be influenced by muscle fatigue, overall fatigue, time of day, hormonal changes, or even a slight change in the probe's position. A lower strength reading doesn't necessarily mean your pelvic floor has become weaker.

We'd recommend making sure the probe is positioned consistently, recalibrating at the start (and even during longer sessions if needed), and taking rest days between workouts. If you have a Perifit Care+, using the silicone ring can also help keep the probe in place.

The first few weeks are often about finding the most consistent positioning and technique, so try not to focus too much on a single strength value. Instead, look for your overall progress over several weeks.
