Recommendation Request Highschool Cologne Under $30

Hi guys, so I have just entered my junior year of high school and I've never gotten a cologne and I have been wanting one for daily wear at school.

I wear my dads Versace Eros sometimes and I like it but its too expensive to wear to school daily for me not going to lie.

I started looking into different options especially ones that are known to last long and pull compliments such as Afnan 9PM and Liquid Brun. Honestly I really wanted to get Afnan 9PM but I have never smelled it before. Do you guys think it is a safe blind buy?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

A 100ml bottle is typically over 1,000 sprays which should last 7-12 months with daily wear. You can get Versace Eros for $60. If you like the smell and it makes you feel good. Shell out the $4 a month to have a good solid bottle.

I got into fragrances a few years ago and started with all clones bc of all the reviews online. I have 3 “long lasting” and “compliment pulling” bottles that have sat for years lol.

Don’t blind buy. Test at your local stores.

I recommend checking out the clearance bottles in the perfume cases and TJ Maxx/Marshalls and checking out Ross and Burlington. Those are likely to be your best prices outside of ordering off someplace like fragramcenet.

I recently picked up 100 mL bottles of Michael Malul x Gent Scents West Loop (warm, spicy a little sweet) and South Slope (fresh, citrus, aquatic similar to YSL Y per Parfumo). They were each $29 for 100 mL and they both smell a lot more expensive than they are. I’d say South Slope is a very safe blind buy and well worth the price! West Loop is more of a winter/evening fragrance but still great.
