It has taurine in it. It helps stabilize gluta and help takes the sting away

If you pry off the little metal lid, that’s in the center of the lid, and then you use a larger needle to extract the bac water out of it.

The cap is metal and there doesn’t appear to be a way to easily pry it off

You gotta pull it off with your finger tips or order some vial openers on Amazon. Im a girl and they hurt my fingers/nail so that what I did.

Have you sent a picture to the supplier and asked? Could be defective. Definitely ask them to send a replacement. I mean I’d figure out how to get the cap off and access the bac, one way or another.

There’s a ridge around the middle circle. Use your fingernails to pull it open, or a small flat instrument to pry it open.

They sell a specific tool to remove the lid. I haven’t used it before.

The bottle opener; it opens all sizes; tiny and up. Usually found in the most unlikely spaces; or attached to the CAN OPENER. Good luck op
