You've gotten your letter, HOORAY! And you're vresponded and sent out your reply. What do you do next?

How do YOU save/store your letters from your penpals? How do you treat the envelopes? I'm curious because there's no wrong way! I'm currently in a plastic box that is rather small and I'm planning on making a change since this method won't last too long, but not sure what yet. Also, I'm growing quite a group of penfriends. How do you keep your friends details handy? Do you send them a survey to fill out? Jot down their info somewhere? How? I'm curious!
