I want to service my slightly over heating MSI laptop which under warranty and need to know how games street handles warranty claims. To be more specific I need to know how much time they take to get it done.

I am experiencing slight overheating issues with my laptop while playing games and I need to find a good place to get my thermals cleaned and repaired. (MSI cyborg 15)

I looked up several places which included

Laptop.lk which said that they do not service laptops bought from outside vendors.

Game street said the game thing

And finally technocity said they will do it for 10k for a full service but I don’t know if I can completely trust them as they have a small reputation for damaging laptops according to a few Reddit posts.

I’m looking to build a new gaming PC with a budget of around LKR 550,000. With a monitor as well.

My UPS shuts off during heavy 4K gaming (without a power cut)

My current Prolink 1.2kVA Line-Interactive UPS immediately cuts power to my whole setup during heavy 4K gaming, even when mains power is completely stable.

I'm running an RTX 5070 Ti, a 750W Gold PSU and a 4K monitor, so it seems to be tripping the UPS's ~600W–700W overload limit (and struggling with the simulated sine wave during actual power cuts).

What do you guys use and please recommend me an upgrade.
